Delivery and return


Orders placed through the website are binding on the buyer upon acceptance of the order given by the buyer on the website. The information, photos and graphics of the catalogs are only indicative and do not commit the merchant. From the moment the Customer has registered his order, he is considered to have accepted knowingly and without reservation the prices, volumes and quantities offered for sale and ordered.


Orders are sent within 3 to 5 working days.

The deadlines announced are not contractual and any delay in delivery does not give rise to damages on the part of CARDO Paris.

Delivery is offered worldwide.

Any customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
 If you refuse to pay this fee, the package will be abandoned and we will not refund the order.

The delivery is deemed to have been made as soon as the product is made available to the Customer. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check the shipments on arrival and to make any reservations and claims that appear justified.

Any jersey tested must be tested by wearing an underwear.

We do not deliver in a post office box.

We decline all responsibility for the extension of delivery times due to the carrier, in particular in the event of loss of products, bad weather or strike.


If you want to exchange:

  • either return the product to us and wait to be refunded before recommending another size/color
  • or place a new order without waiting until we have received the return

Any return made without informing us will not be taken into account.

Please do not return your packages to the address of our registered office indicated on the delivery note because your return will not be processed.

We offer returns from France only.

We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of unworn products, clean and in their original packaging. Products returned incomplete, damaged, damaged, worn or soiled will not be returned or refunded.

No returns will be accepted on the sale products or with promotional codes, only an exchange can be made.

We do not accept a return on white products (swimsuits, skirts etc.)

Once the products have been received, checked, and accepted by our services, the refund of the returned products at the invoiced price (excluding shipping costs, taxes or customs) will be made by a credit of the amount to be refunded to the Customer’s bank account debited during the transaction.

For a return outside France, please contact us so that we can communicate the procedure to follow.

Returns from a country foreign to France are the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to choose a mode of transport with tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any complaints. If you have paid for your order using PayPal, you can send them a request for a refund of the return costs by following these steps.

Please note that from the moment we receive your return, the processing time is 7 to 10 days. We will then refund you if the product is returned clean and without defect.
