Orders placed through the website engage the buyer as soon as the buyer accepts the order on the website. The information, photos and graphics of the catalogues are only indicative and do not engage the merchant in any way. From the moment the Customer registered his order, he is considered to have accepted in full and without reservation the prices, volumes and quantities offered for sale and ordered.
The selling prices of the products are those in effect at the time of registration of the order excluding transportation costs. The selling prices of the products can be changed at any time by the occurrence of external events. The shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are charged in addition to the price of the products depending on the amount of the order.
Unless stipulated, the products are payable on order. Any sum paid by the Customer prior to the delivery of the product constitutes a down payment on the sale price definitively owed by the Customer. Payment can be made by credit card (secure transaction, carried out by the Stripe online payment solution). In accordance with Article L 121-16 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days after receiving your purchase to return the ordered equipment at your own expense. You will have the choice of either being reimbursed within 10 days or receiving a tin to order another equipment. Delivery costs will also be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part.
So that your return request can be validated and processed, remember:

– to return the product intact, unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging properly enclosed in paid port.
Any return to port will be refused.

Delivery of any new order may be suspended if a previous order is delayed.
The seller retains full ownership of the products sold until the perfect payment of the price, principal, fees and taxes included. The transfer of product risks will take place when the ordered product is delivered to the carrier. It is therefore up to the Client to take out insurance at his own expense, in order to cover any risks, including degradation and loss.
The products sold are guaranteed by the manufacturer. Any products modified or repaired by the buyer or any other person expressly authorized by the seller, as well as all products subject to a specific assistance and maintenance contract, are excluded from this warranty.
Any return of the product under the aforementioned warranty must be pre-agreed by the seller. To this end, the buyer will contact the seller’s after-sales service by making his request by e-mail. If the product is found to be defective, the seller will give the buyer a product return number. The defective product must be returned in its original packaging and accompanied by the product return number provided by the seller. All costs and risks associated with the return of the product are the responsibility of the buyer.
The seller cannot be held liable in any capacity for any indirect damage. In case of direct damage, the seller’s liability is limited to a maximum amount of 520 euros.
