SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping are carried out by USPS, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. The shipping is made to the shipping address given by the customer. Shipping cannot be made to hotels or P.O boxes. It takes on average 2 business days to ship an order, but the period may be extended up to 10 business days. We will contact you with a follow up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.

In order to respect the shipping deadlines, the customer must make sure that he phase provided accurate and complete

information. The timescales indicated are indicative deadlines. We cannot be held responsible for any consequence due to a delivery delay.

Free shipping from $150 

Shipping fee will be bases on the package size and weight

Shipping with USPS : 3 to 6 business days from the Shipping Date

Shipping Date: up to 2 business days from the Order Date

RETURN POLICY

 

You may return or exchange an item up to 30 days from the date of receipt for a full refund, as long as it is returned in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all labels. 

Please email contact@cardoparis.com for your return shipping label. Please reference your order number and indicate whether it is a return or exchange.

Please make note on the Commercial Invoice that these items are a return, and use each item’s listed price as its value.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 15 days of receiving your package.
