Orders placed through the website engage the buyer as soon as the buyer accepts the order on the website. The information, photos and graphics of the catalogues are only indicative and do not engage the merchant in any way. From the moment the Customer registered his order, he is considered to have accepted in full and without reservation the prices, volumes and quantities offered for sale and ordered.
price
The selling prices of the products are those in effect at the time of registration of the order excluding transportation costs. The selling prices of the products can be changed at any time by the occurrence of external events.
Payment
Unless stipulated, the products are payable on order. Any sum paid by the Customer prior to the delivery of the product constitutes a down payment on the sale price definitively owed by the Customer. Payment can be made by credit card (secure transaction, carried out by the Stripe online payment solution). In accordance with Article L 121-16 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days after receiving your purchase to return the ordered equipment at your own expense. You will have the choice of either being reimbursed within 10 days or receiving a tin to order another equipment. Delivery costs will also be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part.
Delivery
We offer free shipping worldwide.
Any customs fees and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery is deemed to have been made as soon as the product is made available to the Customer. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check the shipments on arrival and to make any reservations and complaints that appear justified.
Reminder: For hygienic reasons, any swimsuit must be tried on while wearing underwear!
Warning: We do not deliver to PO boxes.
Exchange
If you want to exchange:
- wait until we receive your return and that we refund you to order a new size/model/color
- order without waiting for us to receive it so you can be sure that the other size/model/color you want doesn’t run out of stock in the meantime
Any return made without informing us will not be taken into account.
Please do not return your packages to the address of our head office indicated on the delivery slip otherwise your return will not be processed.

If you wish to return your order from outside of France
Please respond to this email so we can give you the right adress to send it back to,
otherwise we can’t accept your return.
We suggest to send it back with a tracking method;
otherwise we won’t accept any complaint if the parcel is lost.

So that your return request can be validated and processed, remember:
- to notify us by all means so that we can register your application.
- to return the product intact, unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging properly enclosed.
Any worn return will be refused.
